Deep dish birria pizza (THERE IS A 45 MINS/1 HOUR COOK TIME)

3 Layer deep dish, Birria pizza. Choose up to three proteins of your choice. Each layer has cilantro red onion, mozzarella cheese & JUJU aka “THE DRIP” in each layer. This pizza feeds up to eight With eight slices each slice weighing up to a pound . The pizza comes with nine dipping sauces and lime. There is a 45 minute to one hour cook time onall deep dish.

Unlimited birria tacos, Steak, chicken, and ground beef, for 3 hrs for up to 150 guest. Fresh and cooked until you can't take another taco, nothing ever sits in a warmer! From grill to plate to table! Enjoy!

$150 per hr after your first 3 hours up to 150 guest.

Full-service consists of and includes full taco Drip kitchen setup on site with chef and server. All serving utensils Included as well. Sides are available upon request. Additional cost for themed planting and utensils. Payment secures time and pop up service. a 50% Deposit is required for all booking All deposits are non refundable. A confirmation call 48 hrs prior to pop up is required as well and/or a follow call will be given. Travel time and distance are included in cost.
